عرب فالفز تأسست عام 1999، وهي شركة مصرية رائدة في تصنيع محابس النحاس والوصلات والمكونات الصحية للمباني السكنية والتجارية والصناعية. يقع مقرها في مدينة نصر – القاهرة، وهي مدرجة في البورصة المصرية (EGX: ARVA).

Arab Valves Fondée en 1999, Arab Valves Company est un fabricant égyptien de premier plan de vannes en laiton, de raccords et de composants de plomberie pour les secteurs résidentiel, commercial et industriel. Son siège est situé à Nasr City, au Caire, et la société est cotée à la Bourse égyptienne (EGX : ARVA).

Quality Control Lab

Arab Valves operates a dedicated quality control and testing center in compliance with ISO17025 standards. The laboratory is equipped with advanced technologies such as a spectrometer for material composition analysis, a metallographic analyzer for structural evaluation, a projector for dimensional and geometric inspection, and a comprehensive tester for performance and reliability assessment. These tools enable accurate testing in areas including pressure performance, sealing integrity, mechanical strength, durability, and chemical properties. Our accredited system ensures full traceability and certified results for every batch, with all quality certifications displayed below.

Arab Valves exploite un centre dédié au contrôle et aux essais de qualité conforme à la norme ISO 17025. Le laboratoire est équipé de technologies avancées : spectromètre pour l’analyse de la composition des matériaux, analyseur métallographique pour l’évaluation de la structure, projecteur pour l’inspection dimensionnelle et géométrique, ainsi qu’un banc d’essais complet pour la performance et la fiabilité. Ces outils permettent des tests précis couvrant la tenue en pression, l’étanchéité, la résistance mécanique, la durabilité et les propriétés chimiques. Notre système accrédité garantit une traçabilité complète et des résultats certifiés pour chaque lot, avec l’ensemble des certifications de qualité présenté ci-dessous.

Raw Material Control

Before production, we carry out Incoming Quality Control (IQC) using a spectrometer to verify all raw materials according to approved standards. Semi-finished products are also inspected, and the manufacturing process is cross-checked to maintain consistency and reliability.

قبل بدء الإنتاج، نقوم بإجراء فحص جودة المواد الواردة (IQC) باستخدام جهاز التحليل الطيفي للتحقق من جميع المواد الخام وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة. كما يتم فحص المنتجات شبه المصنعة ومتابعة عملية التصنيع لضمان الثبات والموثوقية.

Contrôle des matières premières

Avant la production, nous réalisons un contrôle qualité à réception (IQC) au moyen d’un spectromètre afin de vérifier toutes les matières premières selon les normes approuvées. Les semi-produits sont également inspectés et le procédé de fabrication est recoupé pour garantir constance et fiabilité.

During manufacturing, spot checks and patrol inspections are carried out daily to detect and remove any defective products, ensuring continuous compliance with quality standards.

أثناء عملية التصنيع، يتم إجراء فحوصات مفاجئة وجولات تفتيش يومية لاكتشاف أي منتجات غير مطابقة وإزالتها، لضمان الالتزام المستمر بمعايير الجودة.

Durant la fabrication, des contrôles ponctuels et des tournées d’inspection sont effectués chaque jour pour détecter et écarter tout produit défectueux, assurant une conformité continue aux standards de qualité.

After production is completed, we conduct Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure the quality of finished products. This process includes full inspection of packaging, labeling, appearance, structure, functionality, and performance.

بعد اكتمال عملية الإنتاج، نقوم بإجراء فحص جودة المنتج النهائي (OQC) لضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات المطلوبة. تشمل العملية فحصًا شاملاً للتغليف، والعلامات، والمظهر، والبنية، والوظيفة، والأداء.

Contrôle du produit fini

À l’issue de la production, nous réalisons un contrôle qualité sortant (OQC) pour garantir la qualité des produits finis. Ce processus comprend une vérification complète de l’emballage, de l’étiquetage, de l’aspect, de la structure, de la fonctionnalité et des performances.
